Food was what you would expect from Whataburger, the flies however, we're not. Swarms of them around both doors. Staff was very nice, food service prompt.
These people were rude slow refused to communicate and I spent 16 minutes waitin for a highly advertised new item which I never received. Had to ask 3 tomes for my coffee to be filled. NEVER got my 2 food items. Pity the folks who live in Giddings tx.
Can't go wrong here. Always clean. Relatively fast, and good burgers. Nothing fancy, but that's not why you come to Whataburger.
None the help showed up Sunday. Waited 30 minutes and my to go inside hadn't arrived. Then went a block down to McDonald's and received my food in 5 minutes. Go figure?
I am LIVID! I'll never go to Whataburger again. The third time this place has messed up my order. I ask for a chorizo burger, and i get a *bleeping* onion filled "BBQ" soggy onion patched burger. Thanks for ruining my appetite. All I can smell is onions and more onions. Sadly, the customer behind me got MY burger! Please enjoy! I will never come back to find out what their "limited" time chorizo burger tastes like because of fear of ordering again and it being wrong or a bag full of onions. Thanks a freakin lot...i threw my burger to the vultures.
